Project Based Internship and master thesis at Center Denmark, Kolding.

Do you want to specialize in data driven energy services and make energy sector coupling a reality? As internship and/or master thesis student within Center Denmark you will work on specific real-life cases where you follow the process from start to end:

  • Analysis of flexibility potential
  • Data capture and data handling
  • Visualization of energy data for getting the learnings and conceptualizing
  • Verification of flexibility potential
  • Deployment of simple control systems
  • Optimization of algorithms and deployment of Automized solutions
  • Realization of flexibility potential: Trading.

Focus can be on one or more cases within district heating, electricity, water/wastewater and transportation sector. You will work together with the rest of the team in Center Denmark, partners from research projects like Flexible Energy Denmark (see and other student groups e.g. within data science.  

To create the most value for you and Center Denmark, the intention is that you do both the internship at 9th semester and master thesis at 10th semester at Center Denmark, if this fits the study program.

Workplace will be at Center Denmark, Kokbjerg 30, 6000 Kolding. Center Denmark will cover costs for accommodation.
